Background of the Integrity Pledge

As part of a national campaign to fight corruption, the Hills Program of the Asian Institute of Management, in collaboration with the Makati Business Club, the Management Association of the Philippines, the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, and the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, developed an “Integrity Pledge” for businesses. Under this pledge, companies – large, medium and small – agree to abide by ethical business practices and support a national campaign to fight corruption. Moreover, the pledge will help raise awareness of the private sector’s concern for integrity in business and inspire other businesses in the country to actively promote ethical business practices. Though not legally binding, the Integrity Pledge will serve as a moral commitment. As of October 2, 2015, 2019 companies have signed the Integrity Pledge.

To add your company to the list of signatories, please download a copy of the Integrity Pledge and have it signed by the owner, manager or chief executive of your company. The signed pledge should then be sent to us by fax at (632) 752-1257 or by e-mail at rvrcvstarrcenter@aim.edu.
